I ordered my Grip XT forearm extensive resistance band and over the last month it has made a visible difference in my forearms. I'm 55 years of age and had lost most of my adult muscle development due to a number of spinal operations. It is hard for me to gain weight, but with my Grip XT exercise band, those forearms are back to a 17 through 40 year old size. So you don't have to be a big fellow to have forearms that pop. The donuts are easy to squeeze in the palm of your hand but a next level harder compound would have been a nice addition for hand squeezing exercises. The finger extensors are very hard to use. A lower level softer compound would have been nicer for those. I can barely extend my fingers out at all with the softest green rubber extensor. So as for the blue and orange extensors , I feel as if those were a waste of my money. Please make a really soft extensor product for pussy's like me. LOL. Maybe a pink color that is easier to stretch out and extend my fingers. By the way, the guys I've seen in some of those advertisements must be shucking coconuts for a living.

I bought the bundle forearm extenders and hand strengthener donuts. The forearm extenders work great I have used them for a few weeks now and have been pleased with the results, my forearms feel much harder and stronger. I use them on the road trucking. The hand strengthener donuts are not big enough for my hands (I am a 6'5 man), so I stopped using them and got a different product, I'm sure they are large enough for most ladies or those with smaller hands. I would definitely by the forearm extenders again but unless you have small hands the donuts aren't that effective.

The points of entry for your fingers are a bit too small. I work with my hands so, I have stubby fingers. I received the blue colored item and I honestly feel like you have work up for that one. Like I said, I work with my hands and I do jiujitsu so, I have a good grip but, the item I received is too hard for a beginner

I Was a sceptic about your product after using it I find it to work quite well not so much in improving the size of the forearm but definitely the strength of the fingers wrist and forearm I carry with me everywhere I go and I use it often. So... I gotta say sorry to this amazing device. I didn't trust it at first. Didn't think it would help... Was going to return it... But basically I started to try it out in my office job to pass time when it was less busy and let me tell you... This thing worked miracles. Like I'm not a strong person but damn does this thing give you a good grip. Helped me steal basketballs easily. Easier to catch and yeet tennis balls. Destroy in arm wrestles. (I somehow beat all my colleagues at work due to more stamina and grip). Faster typing speed. Crazy piano playing. Insane clapping power. Good grip on dishes and heavy things and makes them seem lighter.
This thing works miracles and I originally thought it wasn't worth it. If you see this review, pick it up. It'll help in so many ways and it's enjoyable to exercise with. :)

I really do enjoy using them and can definitely see and feel a difference. I think if there was some way to just let the buyer know which one is equivalent to which amount of kilograms that would be great. My only issue is the pinky resistance doesnt match the rest of the fingers, the pinky is naturally much weaker, so the resistance for it should be a little weaker but besides that minimal problem i like it, i use it during movies, hockey, shows, its fun to use

You train fingers individually or all of them together. I just started using but I can definitely feel the muscles in the forearm and around the wrist being worked out.

I have only been using it for 4 days but can feel a difference. I suffer from carpel tunnel near my right thumb and wrist, I already can feel the area around that getting stronger and the constant pain has not been as harsh. Movement of my hand and fingers are already improving...I even have periods where the pain stops.
I can not wait to see the results after a couple of weeks !
