    Shipping

    All orders will be dispatched from one of our warehouse within 1-2 business days. 

    Parcels to the US take between 1-4 business days to arrive after dispatch for express shipping. 

    International parcels take between 8-14 business days to arrive after dispatch for express shipping. 

    Please note that we ship goods subject to availability in our warehouses. Some products in your order may be shipped from a different warehouse than other products and you may receive multiple partial shipments.

    Important notice for our Brazilian customers!

    In order to send you your product, we need your CPF/CNPJ number. Without the CPF/CNPJ number, we cannot ship your item, otherwise it will be rejected at customs.
    So please provide your CPF/CNPJ number at checkout or email us your 
    CPF/CNPJ and your order number so we can match the number.
    If we do not receive the CPF/CNPJ within 3 days, we will cancel your order and refund your money.

    We would also like to point out the special shipping times due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, as well as tightened customs protocols when importing products into Brazil. The delivery time for your order to Brazil can be up to 24-32 business days.
    We ask for your understanding that this is beyond our control.
    We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment so that you can track the status of your shipment at any time.
